Tuned B16Bs can rev incredibly high as seen below but they are not alone; K20A/F20C hybrids can too.
Combining parts from both motors has been proven to be an effective way of tuning, most likely from the fact that K20A heads flow really well and F20C bottom ends are built to rev to 9,000rpms from the factory so with a little blueprinting and some aftermarket internals it all starts to seem doable.
